I am a "white college voter", a registered Democrat for 50 years. This year, I will be voting straight Republican, because the Democrats holding elected office have unanimously betrayed women and girls, in ways far more consequential for the vast majority of them than the Republicans' restriction of abortion rights:
Yup. The D party positions on youth transgenderism in general are repulsive to many. As the transgenderism craze begins to be tempered by reality, i.e. The WPATH recent revelations, the UK ban on hormone blockers, and more, the Ds will continue to look unbearably ridiculous. And then Biden just budgeted yet more money for neoracism with more DEI directives and money. You can only be so unconstitutional before people notice. Then there's the federal version of defund the police with the open border where one of the biggest kingpins of the Columbian underground was arrested (that is after catch + release BS). He was running his operation out of the migrant shelter he was living at. You can't make this stuff up. BTW, I'm a white college educated voter.
Biden also called (yet again) for the immediate passage of the "Equality Act" in his SOTU. The "Equality Act" would allow any man to enter any women's single-sex space at will, and make it a violation of federal law to ask him to leave. EVERY Democrat in Congress has either already voted for the "Equality Act" in prior years, or is on record (check their websites) as supporting it. There are NO exceptions.
Remember this the next time someone claims that "trans" ideology is just some far-left fringe thing. It's not. It has the unanimous support of Democrats holding elected federal office, and at least 99% support of Democrats holding state legislative office (there is a small number of exceptions, mostly in red states, mostly Black).

Yes, I am a close follower of her work and a long time paid subscriber of her substack.

Yup. Pretty much all of the D positions are awful. Deficit spending, crime, immigration, policing, free speech, race, gender, education, and more.
